For those of you who don’t know, Croydon Parish Church will soon become Croydon Minster. This elevation in status will be confirmed on the 29th May at the 10am service by the Bishop of Southwark, the Rt Revd Christopher Chessun. The title being bestowed upon us is a reflection of the Church’s work in the community, the history of the church and the Church as a centre for civic services.

In celebration of this momentous time in the Church’s history a ‘Minster Week’ will start on the 27th May and continue until the 3rd June during which a number of different events will take place;
