Outside service times the Minster is open daily  (except Thursday) from 10.00am-3.00pm.  The Minster Office is also open at this time.

On a Saturday morning the Minster office is open from 10.30am-12.00noon and can be accessed via the red door at the East End of the church exterior, marked Parish Office.

If you drive please note that there is limited permit parking at the Minster during the week.
You may park for services without a permit.

Travel by tram

On the Croydon Tram network our nearest stops are Church Street (coming from
Beckenham, Elmers End and East Croydon) and Reeves Corner (coming from Wimbledon).

East Croydon station (Thameslink, Southern) is a 14 minute walk from the Minster.
West Croydon Station (London Overground) is an 11 minute walk from the Minster.

The nearest bus stop is Reeves Corner for the following buses: 157, 264, 407, 410, 645.

By Rail

The church is a 10 minute stroll from either East or West Croydon Stations. It is also possible to take the tram from either station (see below)

Walking from West Croydon Station

Out of station turn left and then take the next road to the right called Tamworth Road. Follow this road down the hill to the bottom. Turn left and walk about 100 yards. Turn right and you should be able to see the church about 200 yards in front of you.

Walking from East Croydon Station

Out of station and turn right. Follow this road, George Street along to Crown Hill which leads to Church Street. At the bottom of Church Street follow the road round to the left and the church should be about 200 yards in front of you.

By Tram

The Minster is 4 minutes’ walk from Reeves Corner or Church Street Tram stops. From the west (Wimbledon), alight at Reeves Corner.  From East Croydon station, trams run regularly to Church Street Tram stop. From West Croydon station, take any tram to East Croydon, then cross the line and change to any tram in the other direction to alight at Church Street.

By Road

Travelling from the A232 Flyover, drive north along Roman Way signed towards Mitcham. Move into the outside lane, drive slightly past the church and get take the far-right hand lane at the traffic lights. Turn right and then follow the road left but getting into right hand lane to go straight ahead onto Tamworth Road. Follow on and turn right at next right hand turn which should be Frith Road (avoid turning into the multi storey car park). Follow on to crossroads and turn right into Drummond Road (quite a sharp turn). Follow this road to crossroads where ‘Tramlink’ intersects the road. Go straight over and the church is visible 200 yards in front of you.  Please click here for parking arrangements
