Minster School

Croydon Minster has a close relationship in governance and pastorally with the Minster Schools. https://minsterinfants.co.uk/ https://minsterjunior.co.uk/

We rejoice in the way the school seeks to bear the fruit of the Spirit and live out St Paul’s words to the Christians of Corinth: “Let all that you do be done in love.” Corinthians 16:14

The incumbent (the Vicar) is a governor of the school and the Parochial Church Council nominates a number of governors.

The Minster clergy lead collective worship throughout the school year.

Members of the congregation also visit the school to accompany children in their reading and to participate in leading prayer stations at the annual prayer focus event.

At the major festivals of Chrstmas and Easter, and at Harvest Thanksgiving, the church is delighted to welcome the whole school for their services.

We wholeheartedly commend the Minster Schools for the education they provide and the nurturing and supportive Christian environment. The school fully supports parents and children of a Christian faith, encourages those of other faiths and promotes the importance of faith and belief to those who have none.

“Let all that you do be done in love.” Corinthians 16:14
