‘Living faith in the ancient heart of Croydon’
Croydon Minster is an open church in spirit and practice: everyone is welcome.
The heart of this place is our worship, when we open ourselves to God in word and sacrament on Sundays, and day by day, enriched by the music of the Anglican choral tradition.
We keep this historic building open during the day as a place where people can come to pray, sit, rest or just ponder and be still.
We are honoured to serve the civic life of Croydon and to be the place of many baptisms, weddings, funerals and other occasions for the people of our town.
NOTICE
Please be advised that starting from Sunday, 17th May, the West Doors (the main entrance) will be closed until the ongoing external works are completed.
During this time, please use the North Door (the entrance facing the Green) to enter and exit the Minster.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we carry out these necessary improvements.
